Daiei ” Sukiyaki night”
It’s getting cold in Japan. We enjoy Nabe when it is cold weather. We enjoy eating nice food and talking. The Nabe food makes us warm and happy.
Daiei restaurant used expensive Japanese beef, famous green onions from Kyoto, Matsutake mushrooms and other vegetables. The chef at Daiei cooked Sukiyaki in our room. We had blowfish Sashimi as appetizer. It was very beautiful. Japanese dish is beautiful art, I think. Look at this picture!!
He cooked beef in soup first and served it us. This is Kantoo style.
We beat egg and dip the beef into the egg when we eat. I like it!
He put other ingredients into the big pan to cook.
Nice food and nice conversation. It was the wonderful night!
